Preheat Oven to 425°F. Spray the large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread the pizza crust into the pan and stretch out the dough to the edges. Brush the crust with 2 tbsp melted butter and poke holes into the crust with a fork.
Bake the crust for about 7 minutes on the middle rack just until it's lightly brown.
While crust is baking, make up the eggs. In a medium size bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper until well combined.
Preheat a frying pan on low to medium heat. Add a tbsp of butter to the pan and once melted, pour in egg mixture. Gently scramble the eggs until soft and fluffy. Turn off the heat and set eggs aside.
Make up gravy per the directions on the package for the sauce on the pizza. You'll also want to make sure your bacon is cooked up and cut into pieces.
When the crust is ready, pull it out of the oven and spread the gravy on top of crust.
Top the pizza with eggs, bacon and cheese. Please the pizza back in the oven for 5 - 7 minutes until everything is warm and cheese is melted.
